About the company

A new London based events company, created by Pete Jordan at the start of 2015. Promoting it’s own electronic music festival (MADE Birmingham) and a multitude of other events around the UK across the year including Annie Mac Presents, Andy C All Night, Godskitchen, Dusky Presents etc…

The role

Working in a small team of experienced promoters and event professionals the role will entail a well rounded involvement of all aspects of event promotion, marketing and co-ordination. From briefing of artwork, social media, e-flyer content creation and in-event duties the role with offer the successful applicant a real hands on experience of the fast paced electronic music events industry.

Candidate Profile

- A genuine interest in electronic music and events

- Keen interest in social media- Day to day promotion tasks and management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Soundcloud etc)

- Researching, planning and implement social media campaigns

- Assisting in content creation for social media and marketing activity

- A variety of event marketing disciplines (e-flyers, print, new media etc)

- Event logistics (hotels, travel, itineraries)

- Assisting talent bookers with ideas and artist feedback

- In-event management – assistance in running live events

- Customer care and enquiries

- Liaison with ticket companies regarding marketing, ticket stock, scanning and ticket lists

- Keeping track of competitors within the market place, pricing, marketing methods, concepts and talent

- Developing a keen understanding of the UK and International festival scene

- Keeping an eye on trends that exist within the industry.
