POSITION OVERVIEW (Your vision and purpose)

How you will get there

Weeks 1-5

Responsibilities to include:

• Attend, interact and learn through the Venquis training program

• Plan every day effectively

• Generating new candidates from Bullhorn, social media and building relationships with them

• Understand and effectively use advanced search techniques

• Proactive candidate sourcing including Head Hunting, working referrals

• Gathering market information and sales leads

• Maintaining Bullhorn and skilling up according to "your fame"

• Supporting consultants by sourcing candidates and leads

• Sending out Interview confirmations & checking candidate availability

Weeks 6-13

As above and:

• Building client relationships - cold & warm calls

• Interviewing/ Briefing/ Prepping candidates

• Pitching clients to candidates & pitching candidates to clients

• Gaining Referrals and sales leads - following them up

• Business Development of new accounts

• Booking client meetings (accompanied)

• Taking Job specifications and closing for interviews

• Matching Candidates to Client vacancies

• Client & candidate feedback

• Manage whole recruitment process including offer

• Arranging Face to Face Internal Interviews

• Mapping Candidate Market

• Proactive Headhunt Calling

• Telephone Screening

• Completing Candidate Interview Forms

• Delivering Face to Face Interviews

• Own Diary Management

Week 13

To pass your probation period you will need to successfully complete the following;

• Candidate interview test

• Marketplace presentation

• Bullhorn superuser

• Director's pitch (presenting Venquis)

• The "Am i famous test"


£150 per week

Working week:

Monday - Friday 9:30 to 17:30 + travel costs reimbursed


In most cases, candidates will be eligible if they:

Are aged between 16 and 23

Have NOT achieved a qualification at level 4 or higher. Unfortunately, university graduates cannot apply.

Qualification & Benefits:

The Apprentice will receive a Level 3 in IT for Business. This is an Advanced Level Apprenticeship made up of a Diploma and a Certificate. This fully accredited, internationally recognised qualification is a combination of Business, Administration and IT. 25 days holiday.

Progression Opportunities:

The opportunity to stay and grow within the business following completion of the Apprenticeship is available; however should you wish to move on you will have excellent skills and experience to do so. Future LDN provides continued career guidance and support to all of its Apprentices.
