A conference specialist company in Victoria, Central London is currently seeking an administration & Events Apprentice to assist their friendly yet professional team. Duties include: Responding to queries via email and telephone Assisting with the sales, events planning and administration teams with their daily duties Working closely with the marketing team to assist in market research and using social media platforms to promote upcoming events Occasionally visiting events and ensuring that they run smoothly No previous experience is required for this 12 month paid Apprenticeship placement but the skills they require are the following: Good time management and organisational skills Dedicated worker who is willing to put 100% towards their apprenticeship Good communication skills, both written and verbal This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting a career within events or administration but doesn't have the experience to do so. 16-18 YRS - Training Associates is a government funded training organisation currently accessing 16 - 18 year old funding from the SFA (Skills Funding Agency) to deliver Apprenticeships. If you are aged 19 or above you can apply but you will be liable to cover the costs of the training.
