I work with some great people and they help me and support me in whatever I am doing. I enjoy my job so much as I work with lots of different people who take the time to teach me to be successful and treat me as part of the team. I intend to stay with Barratt as I feel really proud to say I work for them, I know they will help me achieve my goals and the opportunities to progress are there for me.
1. Do I get to chose where I work?
Let us know where you'd like to be based in your application. If you're successful in getting a place on our programme, we try to place you at a site or office as close to your home address as possible.
2. Who are the CITB and why do we work with them?
The CITB are the Skills Sector Council for Construction. Working together, we can be certain that you will receive the best support and high quality training you will need to become a qualified tradesperson with a recognised qualification.
3. Will I receive a recognised qualification when I have completed my Apprenticeship?
Yes, providing you have successfully completed the relevant Diploma through day or block release at college, submitted all of the required evidence meeting the standards for your NVQ England & Wales or SVQ in Scotland, as well as completing Employer Rights and Responsibilities and Functional Skills.
