Job Description

As an apprentice, you will be a key member of our Marketing team, working alongside subject matter experts delivering on meaningful projects that make a real difference. Previous and ongoing projects include marketing to Dr’s and nurses as well as the general public / consumers across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will be a key member of our Marketing team, working alongside subject matter experts delivering on meaningful projects that make a real difference. Previous and ongoing projects include marketing to Dr’s and nurses as well as the general public/consumers across a variety of platforms. These include Instagram, spotify as well as many other digital platforms. You will have the opportunity to develop key skills, gain valuable experiences, network with professionals across our organisation all whilst receiving full support from a friendly team and studying towards a fully funded, externally recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the marketing team in your respective brand leading on numerous marketing projects
  • Help bring digital into the everyday processes at Organon in line with brand objectives and customer needs
  • Gain an understanding of our systems, tools and processes we use in Marketing and applying them to required tasks
  • Work alongside multiple departments including business analytics, creative services, medical and legal teams to deliver good quality content to support the growth of your brand
  • Seeing the correct verification of work to keep within regulation guidelines
  • Lead a range of projects within the company both internally and externally

Future Prospects

2 year fixed term contract, if a permanent position is available at the end of the apprenticeship, the candidate would be considered although not guaranteed.

  • Computer literacy
  • Time management

Qualifications Required

  • A minimum of 6 GCSEs at a grade 4 (C ) or above including Maths and English
  • A minimum of 2 A-levels
