Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assist customers to select a holiday that meets their requirements. Initially, bookings will be restricted to UK and Coach breaks whilst the candidate develops wider knowledge and understanding of travel and tourism
- Check paperwork before distributing to clients
- Sell currency within the bureau.
- Outgoing and incoming telephone calls
- Respongding to emails
