Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Assist customers to select a holiday that meets their requirements. Initially, bookings will be restricted to UK and Coach breaks whilst the candidate develops wider knowledge and understanding of travel and tourism
  • Check paperwork before distributing to clients
  • Sell currency within the bureau.  
  • Outgoing and incoming telephone calls 
  • Respongding to emails
