What will the apprentice be doing?
In addition, to learning and working towards gaining your qualifications you will be developing your experience and skills through on the job training and working alongside the Learning and Development and HR teams and be part of an award-winning financial services company.
You will be involved in liaising with the business to identify training needs, and creating and facilitating bespoke workshops for staff using various presentational methods to accommodate developmental areas
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards a Level 3 Qualification in Learning and Development. This training will set you up with knowledge and experience on how to improve standards of practice working in a Training and Development function. The Apprenticeship Framework includes a range of administrative and training skills to boost both your competency and knowledge in a specialist HR Discipline.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Successful Apprentices that have consistently performed throughout their tenure and have delivered outstanding administrative and customer service as well as supported their teams will have the opportunity to move into a role within the Learning and Development and HR teams of Pepper UK.
