What will the apprentice be doing?Whether you are serving people in branch, working in the warehouse, or out interacting with customers in the yard, your role is to help our customers get the first-class service they deserve. That might mean answering a simple question, loading a vehicle or taking care of a more complex issue, such as advising a customer on specific products to enable them to complete their latest project.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?The successful candidate will be given full on the job training alongside undertaking a Trade Supplier Standard Level 2 apprenticeship programme delivered through their dedicated training provider, Interserve Learning & Employment
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?All of our apprentices are given a permanent, full time contract from their very first day. However, there are many opportunities to progress even further within the company once they have completed their apprenticeship
