Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the motor trade. Who has also can do attitude and always willing to learn. . For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer telephone enquiries with an exceptional manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner, providing exceptional customer interaction
  • Generate new client enquiry forms
  • Gaining product knowledge through full training
  • General admin day to day duties
  • Preparing vehicles and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard at all times

  • Possible progression onto higher level qualification or permanent position

Training Provided

  • The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
