TJX - Finance Apprenticeship Programme - Higher (Level 4)
Employer:TJX Europe Ltd
Association of Accounting Technicians
You’ll quickly discover there’s a lot more to our Finance Apprenticeship than crunching numbers. For a start, you’ll get lots of training and experience in core operational areas of our business. You can gain further qualifications and build your career as you learn. But more importantly you’ll become an integral member of a fast-moving global company, with a culture that’s as individual, as our business model.
The apprenticeship is AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) Level 4, which takes 18-24 months to complete. You’ll acquire technical accounting knowledge (for understanding basic accounts and financial statements). Gain knowledge of our business, ethical standards, rules and regulations, and be introduced to our systems and processes.
You will also meet people from other business functions, to build your awareness of how we operate, and discover how a career in finance can add value to what we do, at every opportunity.
