DHL are looking for their Customer Service agent of the future to support the business acquiring, retaining and developing ad-hoc customers via the telephone.


Duties to include:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via the telephone on a regular call cycle to ensure committed business with new and existing customers
  • Convert the maximum number of prospect leads into customers, emphasising those with maximum revenue potential
  • To record and achieve predetermined revenue, activity and quality targets
  • Day to day customer service duties


Future Prospects

75% of apprentices that successfully complete their apprenticeship, remain with the company 30% of those transfer to a different department within the business during second year.

Qualifications Required

GCSE C/4 Grades or equivalent in maths and English are required.
