Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll learn to install and test the latest telecoms equipment in various locations across the UK. You'll be installing the fastest broadband routers in the country, potentially working in prestigious locations, like the Houses Of Parliament or even installing radio systems to emergency service vehicles. Working within a highly skilled, UK wide field force focused on delivering the best technical expertise to our customers.
We'll give you a vehicle to travel, so you must be a confident driver.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You'll gain a selection of industry standard qualifications - this will be a selection of Juniper, Cisco and Microsoft certifications. You'll also need to take functional skills at a level 2 in Mathematics and English (Unless you have already achieved this).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you qualify, you will become part of our team of specialist field engineers.
