Technical Support Apprentice - Advanced (Level 3)

We are a small but extremely busy Sheffield Manufacturer.
The successful candidate will be based within a small foundry environment on a large site with some older equipment and buildings.
Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will be trained to ensure the company operates within ISO standards;
ISO 45001 - Health & Safety & ISO 9001 - Quality Management
As a quality engineer, you will develop your skills and knowledge during your apprenticeship to help the business reduce risk and increase profits. Our customers review the business against the current quality standards revised in 2015.
As such your role will involve:
- Investigating route cause of problems
- The review of products
- Processes and procedures with the ability to look at each part of the business and treat as a business within itself

5 GCSEs or equivalents at grades 4-9/A*-C and above to include maths, English & science.
- Level 3 - Engineering Technician standard
- Functional Skills if required
3 years training to be provided by AMRC Training Centre.
