Job Description

The purpose of Pension Insurance Corporation plc (“PIC”) is to pay the pensions of its policyholders. PIC provides secure and stable retirement incomes through leading customer service, comprehensive risk management and excellence in asset and liability management.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Team Administrator will vary, depending on the team you are supporting and will evolve over time as you gain more experience. General duties are likely to include:

  • Meetings: organising meetings, creating agendas and producing minutes
  • Filing: copying, scanning and filing documentation in accordance with the relevant processes
  • Data inputting: inputting data into systems, running reports and providing information to colleagues as needed
  • Queries: taking queries and forwarding these on to the relevant colleagues, and supporting colleagues with a response as needed
  • Research: carrying our research to support colleagues with projects, and then summarising and presenting your findings

Qualifications Required

  • You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in maths and English
