What will the apprentice be doing?
- Sourcing relevant data.
- Inputting and analysing property data.
- Compiling reports for clients.
- Keeping clients up to date and informed.
- Assisting & shadowing staff.
- Contacting & Liaising with Agents via email and telephone.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Surveying Technician Level 3 - Precise Property has teamed up with Learning Skills Partnership to create a flexible position which will eventually allow a blend of working from home and our office in North London (4 days per week). The other day will be dedicated towards your studies from home via Microsoft Teams. There will also be a requirement for you to attend Learning Skills Partnership’s offices in Hessle (HU13 0EG) for a block release which will be funded by us.
This apprenticeship is recognized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and upon successful completion grants you qualified and recognized status.
