Job Description

The University of London have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their team. You will be working as part of the Moorgate Student Information team providing an excellent standard of customer service and assisting with the smooth operation of the front of house service for students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Working as part of the student Information team at University of Law, you will be the first point of contact at the reception desk, providing an excellent standard of customer service and assisting with the smooth operation of the front of house.

Duties will include;

  • Welcoming Students, Staff and Visitors 
  • Answering calls from students and staff
  • Arranging entry cards to the building
    Dealing with student and staff cases via CRM
  • Assisting with induction and enrolment 

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administration Level 3 Standard
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths (if required)
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English (if required)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Following staff completing the Business Administration apprenticeship programme within the team they have progressed into permanent Student Information Officer positions then stepped up to Senior Student Information Officer.
