What will the apprentice be doing?
Remit are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Starbucks at their Northfield (B31 5AA) store for people to join their team as a Shift Supervisor. As the Shift Supervisor You’ll be:
- Preparing high quality beverages
- Supporting partners with training and development
- Handling day-to-day running of the store
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will develop your knowledge of the hospitality industry and gain skills that will ensure your customers feel well looked after and have a great experience. You will have excellent communication skills and will learn techniques on how to deal with a variety of people in a professional, polite and friendly manner.
You will receive the following qualification: Team Leader Level 3
