Job Description

Remit is recruiting on behalf of Starbucks at their Taplow (SL6 0QH) store. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Starbucks Barista, contributing to their success by providing legendary customer service and creating the Starbucks Experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages & products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Your duties will include:

  • Providing quality beverages and food products for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Handle cash and other payment transactions safely and securely
  • Assist with training new partners by reinforcing successful performance and encouragement as needed
  • Contribute to a positive team environment

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive the following qualification:

  • Hospitality Team Member Level 2 - Barista Pathway
  • Functional Skills in English & maths Level 1 and upskill to Level 2

Training will be delivered by a Remit Development Coach with regular sessions held via Microsoft Teams at your place of work.

You will also receive support and mentoring in the workplace.
