Job Description

Our operations team are responsible for providing safety and security throughout Norwich City Football Club, including but not limited to matchdays. You will need to demonstrate and contribute to the Club values. The right attitude and hard work will be recognised with excellent exposure and prospects.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The Stadium Operations Apprentice will be responsible for assisting with all administrative functions of the Operations Team, coordinating all paperwork including but not limited to the onboarding of casual matchday stewards.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Support with managing the induction administration for matchday stewards

·       Administer paperwork associated with matchday stewards in preparation for payroll

·       Attending meetings, taking and circulating minutes

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Stadium Operations Apprentice will work alongside the Projects and Matchday Manager to support with the administration of a variety of stadium events, putting the successful applicant amongst an exciting, fast-paced atmosphere in the countdown to each home matchday. Other working days will be based in the office at Carrow Road Stadium. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

In turn, the successful applicant will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Course whilst learning alongside a friendly and hard-working Operations Team, with opportunities of further growth and development throughout and after the apprenticeship.
