What will the apprentice be doing?
The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of how social media and marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Stat gathering and analysis:
Weekly gathering of social media statistics
Tagging double checking the previous weeks posts are accurate
Build native stats doc (Facebook and Instagram)
Manually implement stats (Facebook, Instagram) once a month
Create monthly social media reports and learn how to analyse them under guidance of Associate Social Media Manager
Community Management
Monitoring all social channels
Respond in a timely fashion to all questions, comments and messages (once at approved level)
Flagging and escalating anything untoward
Proactively seek out hospitality conversations and injecting or following conversations (once at approved level)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
A level 3 Social Media Marketing. Remote and online training as well as work experience and digital certificate.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Become a Social Media Manager and conetent creator, can use the skills for internal progression programme with Vanilla Blanc or use for applications with other enterprises or further training programmes.
