Service Support Apprentice with Level 3 Business Administration

What will the apprentice be doing?
· Support the Service Relationship Managers to deliver on the scope of Client requirements linked to new/changed deliverables
· Engage with your line manager – seeking their feedback, input and contribution to your development – act upon it appropriately and asking for advice when relevant
· Build relationships internally, specifically with immediate team with the view to willingly offer help and support to others in the team where possible
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As an apprentice you will be given the support and training in order to gain the skills and knowledge to become a Service Relationship Manager. At the end of the Apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Business Adminstrator qualification. We partner with WhiteHat to provide training, 1-2-1 coaching, mentor, and boot camp events, to make sure you stay on track with your studies, alongisde on the job training. We expect you to spend 80% of your time on the job, and 20% of your time studying.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The Service Support department is made up of the Service Relationship Management team, ROC Relationship team and the Client Support team. This department are able to offer furture opportunities, depending on your progress in-role whilst you're studying with us.
