Responsibilities
Working within the Sea Logistics Process + Systems Team this role is responsible for the administrational tasks for system and user set-up and for the training programmes via our internal learning platform (Learning@KN).
The role holder will also assist in the distribution of training materials, the updating of reports in Business Objects and supporting the updating of our training community on the company intranet (myKN) with the latest materials to support the Sea Logistics processes. During your programme you will complete the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.
Your duties will include:
- Updating the staff list/personnel records as required
- Administer new user system requests
- Administering Learning@KN with training course details and attendees
- Distribution of follow-up material post training courses
- Data quality review and escalation to the focal point for resolution
- Support in the on-going development of the community hub on myKN
- Administration of report distribution in Business Objects
- Reporting

Qualifications Required
5 GCSEs at grades 9-3/A*-D or equivalent including maths & English.
Training Provided
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if required
