Job Description

As a part of Wilmington's Salesforce Administration and Support team, you'll provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users to drive adoption and best practice in Salesforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in handling inquiries from Salesforce users and act as an interface between the users and the Salesforce Support Team!

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Receive, log and track inquiries and requests
    Set up and train Salesforce users, cleanse and prepare data for upload
  • Provide First Line Support to Wilmington Business Users through Jira
  • Resolve incidents at first contact
  • Data quality management
  • Provide necessary information to Business Users
  • Implement knowledge management
  • Ensure Service Requests handling are implemented in accordance with guidelines
  • Document/update Service Request procedures
  • Monitor usage and advocate best practice
  • Monitor data quality and integrity and perform data tasks (such as de-duping and data cleansing)
  • Assist in the production of user guides
  • Assist in the maintenance of system documentation
  • Provide post-deployment support
  • Contribute to driving adoption
  • Assist in the development of training plans

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Digital Support Technician
  • On average, 1 working day per week off the job requirement
  • Training location: Lansdowne, 278-280 South Lambeth Road, London, SW8

 

 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full-time employment.
