You will form part of our dynamic and vibrant sales team, duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Providing support with telephone queries
- Order entry
- Purchasing and sourcing to enable the team to improve sales results and exceed targets
Full training and support will be provided through the Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Programme.
As you progress, we envisage you becoming an Internal Account Manager within the team and undertaking the Sales Executive Apprenticeship.
Working in a fast-paced, sales focussed environment, the role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00. You will be answering our busy phone lines, with the aim of providing every customer with exceptional service. Working within the Sales team you will be supporting our experienced Account Managers with sourcing materials, generating stock lists, scheduling and purchasing materials as well as sourcing prices. Therefore an attention to detail is key along with a good grasp of numeracy.
The successful candidate will be eligible for our generous annual profit sharing scheme, in addition to 20 days annual leave and a host of internal training and development programmes.

This is an entry level role with the opportunity to develop into sales with your own portfolio of accounts as well as promotional calling and generating new business. Full training will be provided alongside the opportunity to continue studying with the Sales Executive apprenticeship after successful completion of the Customer Service qualification.
