What will the apprentice be doing?
PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Mech Metrology & Power Tools Ltd, a leading company in gauge, tooling and metrology products, to recruit a Sales & Purchasing Administrator Apprentice. Please note that this is a permanent position that will lead to full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
The Sales & Purchasing Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for:
- Placing orders
- Quoting customers
- Adding sales orders on the system
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- General purchasing and sales tasks
- Marketing using social media tools
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
Full sales and technical training will be provided by Mech Metrology.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
