Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
By the end of the programme, you will be confident in the process of understanding our customers’ needs, challenges and future strategies and use this information to create potential sales opportunities for the wider sales team
You will be researching key stakeholders across our customer base
Relationship building will be a key skill you will learn. You will use it to forge relationships with potential customers and with the wider team.
We will help you expand on your communication skills and teach you how to conduct early-stage sales calls to gather intelligence about potential customers current and future needs.
You will also work with the marketing team to create campaigns that help unlock opportunities across the customer base.
Alongside all of this you will be supported as you study towards your Level 4 Sales Executive Diploma to gain your qualification
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This is a full time, permanent position
The Future Talent programme is 18 months
Throughout the programme there will a blended approach to your learning, consisting of classroom-based learning, digital modules and hands on experience to build your knowledge and skills.
A dedicated skills coach/mentor will be on hand to support you along the way
You will work towards the following qualification: Sales Executive Level 4 Programme, and will receive a Level 4 Sales Executive Diploma, awarded by the Association of Professional Sales (APS).
