Job Description

To assist the team in helping to develop and manage projects and workloads. Day-to-day responsibilities will include gaining a good understanding of the ACC Liverpool Group and contribute to the success of the team in meeting the ACC Liverpool Group’s aims and objectives.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities will include:

  • To have a good understanding of The ACC Liverpool Group.
  • To attend regular departmental meetings in order to keep updated with the latest requirements of your team.
  • To contribute to the success of the team in meeting The ACC Liverpool Group’s aims and objectives.
  • To undertake administrative tasks, such as photocopying, processing mail, maintaining filing systems, archives and resource libraries and updating information.
  • To liaise with staff, clients, and other agencies, to assist operational staff in the delivery of services.
  • Answering incoming calls and reviewing the “sales in-box”, taking messages and following through where required.
  • To observe, learn and understand a wide range of skills and processes while under the instruction of skilled technical staff.
  • To be able to demonstrate these skills and processes as the training period progresses by working independently or with a team, to undertake tasks as instructed and increasing overall contribution to the department.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

If successful you will complete the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship standard, this is for individuals who will influence customer experience and satisfaction with their organisation.

This will be delivered in conjunction with your employer by Sysco Business Skills academy giving you all the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be successful in your role.

Furthermore, your apprenticeship will cover:

  • Functional skills in maths and English at level 2 (if required)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
