Poole Bay Holdings have been selling First Aid supplies nationally for over 20 years offering unparalleled customer service. We are continuing to grow as a business and team and need a new member of the team to help continue the growth as we are becoming busier.
The successful candidate will be working in a customer facing role dealing with customer over the phone and by email.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
Inbound customer enquiries
We offer free on-site parking, a short walk from the bus and train station. Free monthly staff lunch. Closed on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas Period.
Future ProspectsThere is a chance of a permanent role once the apprenticeship has been completed.
Reality CheckOne or two interviews are required with three people. There may be a spelling test.
Skills RequiredMust be well organised with a good eye for detail, and understand the value of 'good customer service'.
Qualities RequiredAbility to work well with a team as well as individually.
Qualifications RequiredNeeds to be computer literate and display good use of Microsoft programmes like Outlook, Word and Excel.
A good grade in English required.
