Job Description

Group Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Team are responsible for provision of the global EHS management system, tools and performance reporting and improvement strategy. This matrix managed team includes a geographically dispersed pool of subject matter experts who deliver tactical EHS advice to a diverse range of global sites and operations.


What will the apprentice be doing?

As part of the EHS function, you will work closely with Group Compliance, Technical Assurance, site leadership and project/trial teams to ensure the ongoing safety and wellbeing of our staff, contractors and visitors.

This will include working closely with EHS leadership to support and advice on everything from conventional office work to trials on the latest military equipment and weapon systems on land, sea or air.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a Level 3 apprenticeship and begin a journey of professional development which should ultimately lead to Chartered H&S Professional status.
