Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join Ron Hull Jnr Ltd (part of the Ron Hull Group of Companies) based in Rotherham. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual, with a positive outlook to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting drivers and visitors to site
  • Inspect incoming documentation to ensure compliance
  • To produce accurate weighbridge tickets for all loads entering and leaving site
  • To identify the customer account and material ensuring the correct vehicle details are recorded
  • Answering the telephone in a polite and courteous manner
  • An awareness of personal responsibilities towards Health and Safety and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment
  • Issuing of Personal Protective Equipment to visitors
  • General office administration and filing duties

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

Training Provided

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

This will be aided by an Assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning, within the workplace.
