What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Depending on which skill you are recruited to you will receive a level 3 qualification in the likes of Fitting, Welding and Manufacturing.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We have roles in Fitting, Machining, Maintenance, Welding, Inspection, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Instrumentation and Electrical – you’ll develop specialist skills in your chosen area.

If you successfully complete your apprenticeship you can continue into a long an successful career with Rolls-Royce or you will gain skills to support you in a number of roles.
