We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to work as part of a team that offers remote and on-site support and project work to our clients. The role includes diary management and scheduling of Technical Resource and communication with Field based engineer.

The Role:

We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to work as part of a team that offers remote and on-site support and project work to our clients. The role includes diary management and scheduling of Technical Resource and communication with Field based engineers, Internal Account Managers and clients.

Duties will include:

  • Allocation and confirmation of all scheduled engineer jobs
  • Management of escalated calls from the Helpdesk
  • Communication to all relevant personnel when jobs are booked/re-scheduled
  • Management of engineer job follow up actions
  • Pro-active communication throughout the day to all field engineers and customers regarding their job management and status
  • Ensure all notes for job booking notes are kept up to date
  • Scheduled Service Management
  • Overflow and Holiday cover for Call Logging

Skills Required:

Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C and above/equivalent.

The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Working Hours and Wage:

37.5 Hours Per Week. 9am until 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

£9.23 per hour.

£346 per week.
