What will the apprentice be doing?
Deal with enquiries and reservations from dealers and customers via telephone/written means Check all rental agreements received are completed in accordance with company guidelines Respond to telephone reservations to operational standards Place bookings to customer specification using bespoke booking software Confirm the booking to the customer, by telephone and email Amend bookings upon receipt of notification using company procedures
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.
- Ongoing training, support and development with Milton Keynes College and the employer to include:
- Market segmentation
- Enterprise skills
- Legislation relating to business
- Using a CRM
- Coordinating a project
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full exposure to the Ford Rental programme with the opportunity to gain experience within the Finance and Sales teams.Skills Required
