Job Description

Nexus Business Solutions Group are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to assist with customer service and administrative duties within the Ford Rental sector.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Deal with enquiries and reservations from dealers and customers via telephone/written means Check all rental agreements received are completed in accordance with company guidelines Respond to telephone reservations to operational standards Place bookings to customer specification using bespoke booking software Confirm the booking to the customer, by telephone and email Amend bookings upon receipt of notification using company procedures

  • Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.
  • Ongoing training, support and development with Milton Keynes College and the employer to include:
  • Market segmentation
  • Enterprise skills
  • Legislation relating to business
  • Using a CRM

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full exposure to the Ford Rental programme with the opportunity to gain experience within the Finance and Sales teams.
