Job Description

Keystream help public and private sector organisations implement digital programmes, they recruit expert contract, interim and permanent talent and they support job seekers looking for work. They are now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Day to day the role includes:

  • Targeted candidate development
  • Managing the 180 Recruitment process and enhancing the candidate's experience
  • Conducting telephone & face to face interviews with candidates (old and new)
  • Understanding your candidate's needs and projects in order to match the best role and help them achieve their objectives
  • Meeting with Candidates to build and develop positive relationships and to fully understand their requirements
  • Attracting the most suitable candidates using innovative methods, job boards, Linkedin Recruiter, referrals as well as actively headhunting passive candidates to meet the role requirements
  • Managing the interview and onboarding process for candidates
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of the Public sector or Government is desirable
  • Knowledge of the sales or recruitment process is desirable
  • Knowledge of online job boards or Linkedin is desirable
  • Computer literate with experience of O365 including Outlook and Word
  • Experience of Digital Programmes or Digital Skills
  • IT Skills

Qualifications Required

You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Maths and English.
