Job Description

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for administration works in the office couple with attracting candidates, clients into the company.


Duties of the job include:

  • Working towards bringing on new clients and candidates
  • Registering new candidates and accurately placing their details onto the company database
  • Keeping and maintaining accurate and compliant client records
  • Making [permanent staff] [temporary worker] placements in line with company targets
  • Making outbound, proactive sales calls to prospective companies to generate new business
  • Taking client booking requirements accurately over the phone and face to face

Targets for the business:

  • Achieving gross profit
  • Reporting weekly activity and sales figures to the Branch Manager

Qualifications Required


  • Previous experiences of development desks, but not essential as training would be given
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare Professional sector; but not essential as training would be given
  • Knowledge of working to KPIs or targets; but not essential as training would be given
  • Experience of calculating efficiencies (ratios) and monitoring business performance desirable
