Job Description

The primary role of the Recruiter Apprentice is to identify and secure opportunities in line with specific KPIs. You will identify, assess and place suitable candidates to meet requirements. As part of this, you will develop and manage client/candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the Recruiter Apprentice is to identify and secure opportunities in line with specific KPIs. You will identify, assess and place suitable candidates to meet requirements. As part of this, you will develop and manage client/candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Technical competencies:

  • Able to Identify, progress and convert sales leads into new clients, candidates and placements as required
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities
  • Able to source suitable vacancies in line with College and department procedures
  • Able to manage and develop stakeholder relationships
  • Able to identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods
  • Accurately complete all necessary processes
  • Meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (may include, but limited to, vacancies taken, calls made, interviews etc.)
  • Conduct professional discussions with clients and candidates using all platforms
  • Accurately record information on the recruitment database

Technical knowledge and understanding:

  • Understanding of how to establish, negotiate and agree terms and conditions of business
  • Understanding of all relevant processes in line with the College’s policies and procedures
  • Understanding of how to ensure candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive service
  • Understanding of how to develop successful sales techniques
