Job Description

Working in our main reception area you will be the face of our head office in London. Often you will be the first contact our clients have had with the Firm either in person or over the phone. You will be meeting internal and external clients ensuring they all receive a warm welcome and leave with the best impression of Trowers & Hamlins.


Duties will include

  • Providing good customer service to both external and internal clients
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Following daily checklist/schedules
  • Answering internal office calls
  • Taking accurate, clear messages and passing on to the relevant person
  • Assisting in the maintenance of the in-house meeting room booking system
  • Ensuring that the necessary catering and presentational facilities are provided
  • Ensuring that all meeting rooms are cleared after use
  • Ensuring all bookings and related correspondence are prompt and accurate
  • Dealing with last minute changes and request for room bookings
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous work experience involving dealing with people is useless but not essential

Qualifications Required

  • You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE'S including maths and English grade 4-9/A*-C or equivalent standard either predicted or actual
