We are looking for a Receptionist apprentice to join our administration team. A wide range of tasks such as answering the phone and taking messages, liaising with parents, children, staff and visitors. Updating pupil information, photocopying, filing, producing letters.


This is a busy office so being able to multitask is an advantage Duties to include:

  • Answering the phone and taking messages
  • Liaising with parents/visitors/staff Arranging meetings
  • Updating pupil/staff information on SIMS (training will be given)/computers and paper files
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Tidying of equipment/stock cupboard
  • Liaising with Senior Secretary
  • Any other administration duties as required
  • Report to Senior Secretary

Future Prospects

On successful completion of the apprenticeship there is a possibility of a future job role.

An enhanced DBS will be undertaken on the successful candidate. Term time only.
