What will the apprentice be doing?
The role will work right across the team and offers excellent opportunities to get involved with diverse tasks and opportunities, as well as business wide groups.
We are happy for the right candidate to start almost immediately
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (we work 35 hours per week).
You will be working for a well-established organisation: City & Guilds
This role will be London based, in our offices (EC1A 9DE) – initially office days will be higher, however once trained hybrid working to include work from home would be considered

We are currently looking for a Quality Administrator (Apprentice) to join us in our team (Associate Management)
This team is responsible for the recruitment, selection, training, and the performance management of our associates who work on behalf of City & Guilds.
Your role will be to support with all aspects of this work, offering admin support to the whole team, working with a small team of current, experienced administrators.
It is a very busy team, totally approx 30 full time members of staff. Our diverse teams are full of different personalities/backgrounds and the role is a great way to start your career development here!

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
A key part of this role will include completion of the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We invest a lot of time in our people, and so there are various avenues that people can branch out into depending on their interests and career objectives. This apprenticeship will move you towards one of our Quality Administrator roles. It’s a great way into our business, giving you fantastic insight across everything we do. Customer Services is expanding, we encourage development, and we offer the shadowing of roles in other departments.
