What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for a PMO Apprentice join our Delivery Operations Team to drive efficiency and ensure the success of our Project Teams in delivering complex customer projects, providing cutting-edge machine learning technology.

This is an opportunity to work with a team that takes pride in providing exceptional customer experience when delivering solutions which have a real business impact. The PMO Apprentice supports the Delivery Operations and Project Management teams in providing valuable data and information which enables effective decision making across the business.

Delivery Operations sit within the wider PMO team who are a collaborative and supportive team of leaders, continually looking for ways to enhance the company and proactively get involved in solving problems. This is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to help us create real change which improves the way we work, ultimately having a positive impact for Featurespace, our people and our customers.

In your role as PMO Apprentice you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:

  • Driving good quality valuable data which ensures accurate cost management, billing to our customers and overall profitability.
  • Providing support to the business on all PMO processes, project lifecycle, framework, tools and policy which govern how we work in delivery
  • Administering tooling to ensure accuracy and completeness of data in order to provide clear and valuable updates and information to stakeholders across the business.
  • Providing scheduling support to our Resource Management function to ensure the frictionless running of the Delivery organisation.
  • Fully immersing into the processes, framework and day to day running of the PMO, in order to analyse and subsequently suggest improvements that ultimately ensure high quality, efficient and consistent delivery to our customers.
