Job Description

DRPG are looking for 2 Project Coordinator apprentices to complete an Events Assistant Apprenticeship. You’re a marvel at working on multiple projects all at once, all while thriving under pressure (during the occasional unsociable hour) and to tight deadlines. Be the cog to produce our sensational events that dazzle our clients and audiences.


What will the apprentice be doing?

Your reason for being here… Everyone at DRPG has a purpose, and yours is to keep the cogs turning so that our sensational events dazzle our clients and audiences alike. You’ll be responsible for heads that turn and jaws that drop...challenge accepted?

• Effectively and appropriately communicating at all levels, including internally/ externally/ written and face to face

• Providing a high level of support to the Project Managers and Producers

• Liaising with suppliers and clients

• Operating various client hotlines

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Events Assistant Level 3 Standard

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.

Training is a blended learning delivery model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:

Knowing your stakeholders and vendors
