As our restaurant is quite big and busy, they will have more opportunities to experience different cuisine and deal with lots of customers, and work with people from all walks of life and different culture background, these skills are transferrable to any other industry and will help them adapt better to any other working environment in future.
We will provide permanent chef job opportunities for the right people at the end of the programme, even if they will not be able to continue to work with us after the scheme, we believe the working experience / knowledge they had with us will stand them out from the competition.
