We are a collection of 5 and 4-star luxury boutique hotels located across the globe. We have 6 stunning properties in London.

As an Apprentice Chef, you are responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food and a positive attitude
  • Preparing the food for cooking
  • Presentation of food
  • Ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
