Responsibilities
What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties:
Accept deliveries at office, check in stock on spreadsheets, record serial numbers and track discrepancies
Inform technicians that stock has arrived and chase them to collect if required
Chase POs with schools
Action and process basic quotes
Answer the phone, take messages and deal with sales calls
Process delivery notes
Pack up any returns ready for collection
Raise tickets for incoming enquiries
Update and maintain the company CRM system
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At sucessful completition of the appreticeship, there will be a permanet role offered if suitable.
