Job Role:

As part of The Flow Group’s continual growth, we require a well presented, customer service-oriented Production Print Apprentice. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of manual and non-manual work to support the organisation’s smooth running whilst working towards a Print & Warehousing qualification.

Your Contribution:

Print is one of the critical services we provide for our clients. Our reputation is based on the quality, reliability, consistency and efficiency of print we provide. Minor mistakes can result in £1,000’s lost money and time and the risk of losing clients. However, providing you are diligent and take pride in your vital role, you will create happy clients who will stay for us for years and provide yourself and your team with job security and growth opportunities.

Duties Include:

  • Set up and operate various types of production printers
  • Maintenance of the Print production machines
  • Updating stock control systems
  • Assisting to move the items to appropriate and safe storage areas
  • Sorting of materials for recycling and disposal
  • Working in support of Direct Mail
  • Working towards a forklift license
  • General portage duties, including moving items and cleaning duties

This list is not exhaustive. You will also be required to carry out any other reasonable task requested by management to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

You will be offered a full-time role once the apprenticeship is finished, providing you hit all the key performance indicators. Further promotions will also be available based on performance.
