Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join us working within the Performance and Business Intelligence Team. You will provide a range of administrative functions to support the provision of information and data within the Trust.


What will the apprentice be doing?

The aim of the Apprenticeship is to develop the successful candidate’s experience and skills. The Performance Team have a wide and diverse remit and offers numerous opportunities for experience and learning. The post will provide the administration function within Performance and Business Intelligence in a wide range of areas, i.e., arranging and facilitating meetings, data entry, diary management and other tasks as the role develops.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

A criterion of the apprenticeship is that you attend college/virtual and complete all the necessary standards set out in the Apprenticeship.

Upon completion you will be awarded a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

You will be employed on a fixed term contract for the duration of your apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On completion of your apprenticeship you will need to partake in the recruitment process within Solent to secure a permanent position.
