Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team of Explosives Engineers, who are responsible for delivering the safe and efficient operation of all of QinetiQ’s ammunition, explosives and firearms facilities across the UK and the effective management of the extensive Ordnance Munitions and Explosives inventory.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

The OME Technician will be expected to be self-driven and proactively seek continuous professional development throughout their career.  This apprenticeship is designed to prepare successful apprentices to meet the requirements for registration as an Ordnance Munitions and Explosives Technician with the Institute of Explosives Engineers.
