Job Description

To work with the Operations and FM team, supporting them with the day-to-day administration for the department.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Logging information on calls and coordinate and communicate work requests
  • Scheduling and programming digital content for events at ACC Liverpool
  • Communicating with a number of internal and external customers
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations and FM team
  • Working on the Guest Relations desk at ACC Liverpool, providing a warm welcome to clients, delegates and visitors in to the venue
  • Monitoring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Operations and FM team
  • Undertaking market research

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

If successful, you will complete the new Level 3 Business Administrator standard. This will be delivered in conjunction with your employer by Sysco Business Skills academy giving you all the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be successful in your role.

In addition to workplace development you will attend a number of workshops. Furthermore, your apprenticeship will cover:

  • Functional skills in maths and English at level 2 (if required)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This role is a fixed term contract with the company. However on completion of this qualification may be a gateway to further career opportunities such as management or senior support roles.
