Job Description

Working as part of a frontline operational support team you will provide management information and data analysis skill to support the Operational teams and ensure Sunrise Senior Living and Gracewell Care Homes and Communities provide high-quality person-centred care.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • To own and maintain requests for Management Information from the Operational and Operational Support functions
  • To report and complete data analysis for new and existing requirements
  • To liaise and work closely with Regional Directors, General Managers, Deputy Managers and Department heads to provide insight and recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery continuous improvement solutions
  • To develop and improve on all aspects of data capture, analytics and presentation to provide management teams with relevant, accurate and timely outputs
  • To support Regional Quality Business Partners with the analysis of data, KPI delivery and other business insights to drive continuous improvement
  • To provide data analytics capability to the regional team and provide recommendations to improve operational performance
  • To form strong cross-departmental relationships with Communities/Homes, Change, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance and IT
  • To play an active leadership role in the Region, leading by example on Sunrise Senior Living and Gracewell values and actively encouraging collaborative team working across the service areas and interdepartmentally across the organization
