Responsibilities
The main responsibilities are :
- To support front office staff in their requests
- Answer phones and direct enquiries to the correct teams
- Administrative activities such as scanning, printing, filing and general office administration
- Supporting the IT team with creative ideas when needed
- To communicate with current and prospective clients and maintain a good professional relationship with them
